Installing the Battery

1. Turn OFF the radio.

2. With the Motorola logo side up, fit the tabs at

the bottom of the battery into the slots at the

bottom of the radio.

3. Press the top part of the battery towards the

radio until a click is heard.

Removing the Battery

1. Turn OFF the radio.

2. Push down and hold the battery latch.

3. Pull the top of the battery out and lift it from the

slots located at the bottom of the radio.
